What services do you offer?

At 509 Pack and Clean, we’ve been serving Spokane County since 2018, offering much more than your typical cleaning company. Our comprehensive services include everything from eviction cleanouts and nicotine removal to hoarding cleanup, post-construction cleaning, and regular residential maid services. But we don’t stop there! We also provide packing, moving labor, junk removal, and furniture assembly. Whether you need a deep clean or help with a big move, our skilled team is here to make your life easier and your space spotless.

How can I book an appointment?

Our online booking tool makes scheduling your appointment quick and easy. Just select the date and time that best fits your schedule, without the hassle of back-and-forth communication.

What is your pricing structure?

We charge hourly for all our services, with labor hours calculated per employee. Some jobs may require multiple visits. To save on larger projects, consider booking bulk hours!

Can I schedule multiple appointments for larger projects?

Yes! We understand that some projects are bigger than others, so you can easily book multiple appointments across different days to ensure you have enough staff hours for significant tasks.

Do you travel outside of Spokane?

Yes, we service homes within a 25-mile radius from our office. If you're located outside this area, we’re happy to discuss a nominal travel fee to provide our services.

Are supplies included with your services?

Yes, we provide all necessary supplies for our cleaning services, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

What is the deposit required to book?

A deposit of 50% of the total appointment cost is due at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within this timeframe, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. However, if you provide more than 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, there will be no cancellation fee incurred. Thank you for your understanding!

What if I need help organizing or decluttering?

Our cleaning technicians are experts at tackling decluttering and organizing while we clean! If you’d like extra help with organizing, simply book additional hours to ensure we can meet your needs. Be sure to add any specific details in the notes section when booking so we’re prepared to assist you exactly as you need.

For light organizing, select a "Maid Service" appointment. If your space requires a major overhaul, especially with extensive clutter or garbage, please choose an "Extreme Cleaning" service. We're here to make your home feel like new!
