You can book your cleaning with peace of mind with our Pristine Clean Guarantee.
What does it cover?
We guarantee all of our work with a 100% satisfaction stamp of approval. If you find any areas that weren't cleaned well enough we will come back out immediately and fix any mistakes free of charge. As a local business, we care about our community and honoring our word and that's why we do everything we can to leave every client with an amazing experience. Please notify us within 24 hours of any issues. We do not offer cash refunds but we will fix any cleaning mistakes free of charge. If you plan to have multiple service workers at your home please schedule us to come last so that we can ensure our work is not disturbed.
What does it NOT cover?
Our Pristine Clean Guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage. If you have areas of your home that are broken, not functional or unsafe we cant always clean it as well as we normally would without causing further damage. In these instances, you would be informed immediately. Each appointment is billed at an hourly rate. In order for us to properly complete a job, we need to ensure we are given a reasonable amount of time. If we arrive and need more time than what was booked we will contact you immediately to discuss adding additional time or creating a priority list to remain within your budget.
We are so confident in our move out cleaning abilities that we can attend your final walkthrough with your landlord to ensure you get your cleaning deposit back.
How it works:
Our walkthrough service is available as an option in any of our bundle packages or you can add it on additionally to your move out cleaning service. We will schedule an appointment to be present during your final move out with your landlord. During the walkthrough, if any areas that we cleaned are not up to the standard needed then we will fix it right then and there to make sure you get your cleaning deposit back!
We only will re-clean areas of the home that WE cleaned (example: If you tell us to skip certain rooms or tasks then we will not clean those doing the walkthrough if the landlord requires it) Having us there means fewer chances of your landlord surprising you with charges. You must discuss your walkthrough service at the time of booking your move out cleaning. This is not redeemable for any cash reimbursement. Our walk-through service can be added on for $50
